2 lbs beef stew, cut into 1/2 inch cubes
6 sliced bacon-cooked-drained-chopped
1 cup onions-chopped
3 cups mushrooms-chopped or sliced
3 cups carrots-shredded -sliced
3 medium potatoes-peeled- diced
1 can stewed potatoes ( 14 1/2 oz ) undrained
1 can beef broth ( 14 1/2 oz )
1 large plastic sealable bag
place meat and dressing in large plastic sealable bag. refrigerate 30 minutes.
place all ingredients into crock pot. cook 6-8 hours low
makes 8 1 1/4 cup
carrots mushrooms and potatoes can be subsituted for 2 14 1/2 oz cans of each
